The will

Question

Dear Sir I have 3 sons. The eldest went to USA for studies and got job there and after that left Islam and married a American women. He is not in touch with us for more than a year. My second son is unemployed and not following any religion. Third son is mentally retarded and needs support all his life. As a Muslim, I prepared my will and in that I disowned my eldest son, put my third son as my sole inheritor till he is alive and the second son after him. Is this correct as per our laws Kindly help

It is wrong .
You make your will giving the third son only a part from your wealth after your death. The rest of your wealth should be divided according to the Islamic law ( Mawareeth) . The three brothers are eaqual .
