Borrowing wombs

Question
Published in Arabic in January 24, 2013 Translated by Ouria Mordacai I need clarification regarding the possibility of borrowing wombs in order to conceive children as well as the so called " sperms banks" which enables a deceased to procreate after his death, in this event ; will the child carry the last name of the donator of the beneficiary? And in case of the latter; does he have to look after ( money wise) the conceived child ? Is this enterprise lawful or a fornication ?
Answer

Fornication is a full intercourse out of wedlock and this does not apply on borrowing wombs for procreation. The child resulting from this enterprise shall carry his father's last name according to DNA test. Moreover , who carries out this type of procreation must not pass down his last name to the adopted child
